Step 1: Login to oracle cloud application click Receivables
> Billing

Step 2: On the right-hand side click on task icon >Select
>Manage Transaction

Step 3: Enter the transaction number against which Credit
memo is to be generated in Transaction Number and click on search

Step 4 : Click on Search and then click on the hyperlink
which appears in the search results.
Step 5 : Click on actions down arrow and select Credit
